We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and display relevant product information.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings or other reasonable variations. Nothing in this provision limits your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to applicable law.

Prices

Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be shown before you submit your order.

Standard UK shipping is currently free.

Placing an Order

By submitting an order through our checkout, you are offering to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, we will provide an electronic confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be authorised using a payment method available at checkout.

Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated delivery period of 3–5 business days.

Cancellation and Returns

KUSWILL provides an eligible 30-day return period from receipt of the goods, with KUSWILL covering return shipping for eligible returns.

UK consumers also have statutory cancellation and consumer rights which are not affected by our voluntary policy.

Faulty Goods

Goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal requirements.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
